Seattle-based Glacier Management hired James Liska, who has 25 years' experience in accounting and real estate. He focuses on due diligence, property tax filings and valuations, and business operations. Also, Glacier has opened an office in downtown Portland's Pioneer Park Building. Glacier is a property management and consulting company that specializes in large multifamily and mixed-use properties.
